Jeffrey Alan Jackson, 42, died September 21, 1993, at our Lady of Lourdes Health Center.

He was born April 4, 1951, in Pullman, the son of John and Olive Jackson.

The family moved to Richland in the fall of 1951, and he had resided there since.

Jeff attended school with Richland's Class of 1969.

He married Shirley L. Boot on May 2, 1977. To this union, their son, Matthew, was born. The marriage ended in divorce on May 29, 1979.

Jeffrey was severely disabled the last several years of his life and was cared for by his brother, Marc.

Prior to becoming disabled several years ago, he was active in raising funds for the American Diabetes Association.

He is survived by his parents of Richland; son, Matthew; brother, John Steven (Leslie) of Kennewick; brothers, Michael and Marc of Richland; brother, Bruce (Lana) of Boise; brother, Timothy (Terry) of Manhattan Beach, CA; and many nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services were held at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Saturday, September 25, 1993.

Note:

His father, John Leach Jackson, died at the age of 72 in Richland on February 10, 1995.

His brother, Marc Christopher Jackson, died at the age of 62 in Kennewick in 2015.
