Terry Ray Parkins, 25, of Mercer Island, WA died December 11, 1976 at his home, apparently of a heart attack. He was born December 19, 1950 to Gail and Lydia Parkins in Moscow, ID.
At the age of one he moved with his family to Richland where he lived 15 years and attended school with Richland's Columbia High School Class of 1969. He moved to McMinnville, OR and graduated from high school there.
Terry had lived in Mercer Island the past two months, where he was employed as a hospital orderly. He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gail Parkins of Albany; a sister, Claudia Sturgill of Lincoln City; and his grandfather, Jacob Wilhelm of Ritzville, WA.
Private graveside services were held at Willamette Memorial Park with Father Philip Prudhomme officiating.
Fisher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
