DELMORE WILLIAM "DEL" SIONS ~ Class of 1969

Delmore William "Del" Sions was born January 11, 1951 to Omen Odel Sions and Ermajean Dorothy Meyers Sions in Baltimore, Maryland. He died in Jacksonville, Florida at the age of 53 on September 23, 2004.

He enlisted in the Marines on October 22, 1969 and was discharged on October 21, 1971.

He had been married three times and had two daughters.

Del had three brothers and four sisters including: Sharon Sions Clemetson ('67), Lynda Jean Sions Lee ('72), Jerry Sions ('74), his half-sister, Elta Jean Sions (who died on December 29, 1990) and his half-sister, Arlene Sions Krumbine.

His father, Omen Odel Sions, passed away at the age of 51 in 1965.

Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home & Cremation Centre in Jacksonville, FL handled the arrangements.

NOTE:

His mother, Ermajean Dorothy Meyers Sions Cockrum, passed away at the age of 77 in Pasco on August 18, 2006.

His half-sister, Arlene Sions Krumbine, died at the age of 77 in Baltimore July 29, 2011.
