Billy Charles Warren, 68, of Prosser, died February 7, 2019 at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.

He was born July 5, 1950 in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

Billy graduated with the Class of 1969 from Richland's Columbia High School.

He married Jennifer L. Cable on March 18, 1978.

Billy was a retired Hanford bus driver.

Einan's at Sunset in Richland was in charge of arrangements.
