Vickie Lynnette "Vicki" Workman was born in Richland on December 24, 1950, to Evan William Workman and Sarah Smith Workman. She passed away at the age of 62 on July 16, 2013.

She attended schools in Richland and graduated with the Class of 1969 from Richland's Columbia High School. Vicki is a graduate of Brigham Young University and was a school teacher.

Vicki and Guy Robert Hornbeck were married on June 14, 1975, in Provo, UT.

She was preceded in death by her mother who passed away at the age of 77 on March 28, 1993. Also, by her father who passed away at the age of 82 on August 26, 1994.
