Roxanne G. Colley Jager, 63, passed away at home on February 28, 2014. She was born October 30, 1950, in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-City area for 45 years.
Roxanne is survived by her father, Robert G. Colley; her sons, Scott Grumbly and Gabe J. Jager; a daughter, Charleen A. Patten; and ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Velma Colley.
There was a memorial service at Memories at Sunset Event Center in Richland at 2 pm on March 22, 2014. A private inurment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.
